February 11, 2003: epcEdit 1.2.4 for Solaris bugfix
The epcEdit 1.2.3 and 1.2.4 releases for the Solaris operating system had been reported unstable for some system configurations. We have fixed the
problem in the TkSGML shared library and released an updated epcEdit 1.2.4 for Solaris. The changes only affect the shared library, not the Tcl/Tk code.
The most convenient way to upgrade epcEdit for Solaris is to download epcEdit 1.2.4 for Solaris again and re-install it. Please backup your
modifications (Tcl/Tk code, templates, examples) before re-installing. You can use this link for downloading the complete installer.
If you have modified the Tcl/Tk code of epcEdit or if you don't want to get the full installation package, feel free to download the shared
library only and install it in "/usr/local/tksgml/lib/TkSGML-1.2". Use this download link for the library.
Please note: This patch is for epcEdit for Solaris only and the upgrade utility can't be used to apply this patch.
We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
