Bug description: epcEdit fails to set the document encoding properly. This results in garbage characters after saving and reloading your document.
This bug only occurs if you don’t have a standard Tcl/Tk (8.1 or better) installation on your Linux system.
Workaround: Install Tcl/Tk 8.1 or better on your machine.
