You can validate the content of your document in text mode by selecting -> from the main menu.
Validating in text mode reads the document file, so any changes to the document must be saved before it can be validated in text mode. When your document contains any unsaved changes, epcEdit will ask you to save the document before validating it.
If you click on the button, epcEdit will save your document to disk, validate it, and display a dialog that contains all problems that were found during validation. If you click on the button, epcEdit will not save your document and your document will not be validated.
Tip: Because you have complete control over all aspects of the document, we recommend always to validate your document before leaving text mode.
