The Rename tab of the element manager contains the names of all elements to which the current element can be renamed.
Renaming an element
Position the insertion cursor inside the element that you want to rename.
Choose -> to display the Rename tab of the element manager or click on the title of the Rename tab in the element manager.
Select the desired element name from the list in the element manager.
Press the Return key or click on the 
button in the element manager.
The current element will be renamed.
Renaming an element will keep the attributes of the original element if they are compatible with the new element type. Incompatible attributes will be removed by the rename operation.
